Ergonomic, transparent, gel heel pads that help reduce pressure and minimize heel strain while running or walking. Recommended especially for sports shoes, too deep but also for shoes with poorly formed, too hard or too thin soles, to protect knee and hip joints and spine

Available in two sizes – women’s (5.5 cm wide) and men’s (6.5 cm wide). The price is for a package, containing two insoles.

Self-adhesive, paste on a dried and degreased surface! For proper hygiene, replace the insoles every 6-8 weeks.
